Terms of Service / Condition

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. General Information
Art Style:
* I do anime-inspired portraits and illustrations, including chibis - all with a simple background.
* I don't draw mechas and complicated backgrounds.Other:
* I retain the right to decline any commission for any reason.
* All commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise (see Commercial Use section).
* I retain full rights to the artwork (see Copyright section).2. Payment
* All prices are in either PHP or USD, no other currencies.
Payment can be done via PayPal, Gcash, Maya, GoTyme, or Bank Transfer.
* Down payment (50%) is required after the sketch is done.
* No refunds once work has begun, unless there's an emergency and I need to cancel it.3. Process & Timeline
* Commissions will generally be completed within 4-7 days (or depending on the complexity and my queue).
* I will provide progress updates at key stages: Sketch → Lineart → Color.
* Major revisions are only accepted during the sketch phase. Minor revisions after coloring are allowed (within reason).4. Revisions
* Up to 2 free major revisions during the sketch and lineart phase.
* Additional revisions or revisions after the final product may be charged accordingly.
* Changes due to unclear references or client indecision may incur fees.5. Usage & Copyright
I retain the rights to the artwork. This includes the right to:
* Post it on my portfolio, website, and social media (with commissioned by watermark).
* Use it as samples/promotional materials (unless the client requests privacy).You may:
* Use the commissioned art for personal, non-commercial purposes (or see Commercial Use section).
* Post it online with credit to me (tagging is appreciated).You may NOT:
* Claim the art as your own.
* Use it for commercial purposes (merchandise, NFT, resale, etc.) unless discussed and licensed (see Commercial Use section).
* Edit, trace, or heavily alter the art without permission.6. Commercial Use
* If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an additional commercial fee (typically 2x–3x the base price) will apply.
* A custom contract may be drafted for commercial projects.7. Cancellation & Refunds
* If I need to cancel a commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
* If the client cancels before work has started, a full refund is allowed.
* If the work has begun, only a partial refund may be issued based on the progress.8. Communication
* I am available with any of my social media account during 8AM to 10PM everyday (GMT+8), feel free to send your inquiries.
* Please provide clear references, poses, and expectations when ordering.9. Blacklist
* Rude, unprofessional, or abusive behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the commission with no refund, and the client will be blacklisted from future work.If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to ask before ordering.
